At Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP we represent a Coalition of municipal and industrial dischargers in connection with the PCB TMDL for the Delaware Estuary. The PCB TMDL was established by EPA Regions 2 and 3 based on a stream impairment designation due to fish consumption advisories in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. The water quality standard for PCBs in the Delaware Estuary ranges from 7.9 ppq to 44.7 ppq. We are continuing to represent the Coalition with regard to the next phase of this effort and in complying with the requirements of the TMDL.
